Payment:

Here at Powertrade.dk we accept payment with Apple pay, Google pay, Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard. No fee is charged for payment.

Danishgrails.dk uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Right of complaint 
A 24-month right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.

You must advertise within 2 months, otherwise the right to have errors and deficiencies remedied expires. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, if necessary. crediting. In connection with complaint cases, Danishgrails bears return costs to a reasonable extent.

Goods are also returned to this address - please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or handing the item over personally to us. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if sufficient information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which reimbursement can take place, copy of any prior correspondence etc.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

If you as a customer wish to return your package through our shipping system, DKK 49 will be deducted from the order price.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return costs are your own responsibility.
Cancellations must be reported to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after the cancellation.
The notice must be given by email at Info@powertrade.dk. In the message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The condition of the item when you send it back
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, condition, appearance, properties and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. Possibly Brands must NOT be cut from the item!

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it. possibly Brands must still be attached as original and the item must be in exactly the same condition as when purchased. This also applies to the product's accessories, such as any accessories, equipment, box, bag and whatever else comes with the purchase.
